What's Happening This Weekend in Kentucky (2/15/19-2/17/19)?

    Yikes, 'Old Man Winter' came back with a vengeance this past week! But, what else would we expect? It's February! So, I can't be too upset. Our family traveled to Louisville this past weekend for the KMEA All-State Orchestra performance. We enjoyed lunch at Guy Fieri's Smokehouse, then we visited the Louisville Slugger Museum. It was a great afternoon that was bookended by Bailey's phenomenal performance with the All-State Symphony Orchestra! We ended our weekend with a family Valentines dinner. Chris and I are so grateful for our boys and the memories that we get to make with them. 

     Looking forward to this next weekend, part of our family is traveling north to the Cleveland area for Bailey's final college audition. He will be auditioning for Oberlin College, which is located about 30 minutes southwest of Cleveland. We will spend some time at the college and in the small town of Oberlin. We also plan to spend some time in Cleveland enjoying the local offerings. We sure do love an adventure and hope to find one this weekend💓 We will return in time for Bailey to play in the Teen Arts Festival Performance with CKYO on Sunday evening. Busy week ahead for our family!
