Shoutout to My Out of State Peeps! I'm Still Able To Help With Your Real Estate Needs

Downtown Lexington, Kentucky
My Hometown: Somerset, Kentucky
Our family is nestled smack dab in the middle of this beautiful state in Lexington, Kentucky. My husband, Chris, grew up here and we've been in this area for over 20 years. We have sunk our roots into the community and raised our boys here. It's a wonderful city for families. BUT, this isn't my hometown! I grew up about an hour and a half south of here in a small town called Someret, Kentucky---home to Lake Cumberland! I have family that is still in the area and lots of connections to the area. I've recently began expanding to the area and I'm truly hoping to be able to serve families there in this next year. Along with that area, we have extensive family in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati areas. We also have friends across the country. With such an extensive and spread out network, I feel that I am losing the opportunity to help educate and assist lots of folks that I care about very much. So, I wanted to take a moment and share with you ways that I can still help, even if we aren't in the same state!

How I Can Help You... Even In a Different State!

  1. Referral Network! One of the advantages of working in a larger brokerage with tons of connections throughout the United States is that I have a large and reputable network of Realtors in every state. And your options are not slim! I will be able to match your needs and personality with that of a well-qualified agent. This is an excellent way that I can help you when it's time for your next purchase or sale. AND, it won't cost you a penny for me to do this for you. I'd love to be able to serve you in this way. I will work to find an agent in your area that will work as hard for you as I would.
  2. Read My Blog! I am working diligently to provide helpful information on buying, selling, and finance. Most of the information that I provide will be useful regardless of your state! It is my goal to educate and empower folks. I want everyone walking into any type of transaction to feel fully prepared regardless if they are my clients or not. Knowledge is absolute power! I hope that the information that I provide is valuable to you!
  3. Reach Out! Please don't ever hesitate to reach out! I would love to be a resource for your buying or selling journey. It is my pleasure to help in any way that I can. It is my career and I love helping!

So, that's it in a nutshell! The overall thought here is that I love people, I love real estate, and I love helping. Please allow me to be at your service for your next real estate transaction. I'm a phone call, text, email, or instant message away! Have a great week!

Until next time,
Melissa
